The Bering 145 superyacht is Bering’s flagship vessel, incorporating the quality and amenities of a superyacht with the technical capability of a world-class expedition vessel. Bering 145 is the first fully customized superyacht in the Bering fleet. Designed by an in-house team of naval architects and engineers, she has a full displacement steel hull of 514 metric tons. As a result of the vessel’s specialized stabilization systems, the B145 provides a supremely comfortable ride with minimal rolling and ultimate stability.

The B145 superyacht features a hybrid propulsion system. The propeller is driven by electric motors charged by a bank of batteries. The banks are recharged by high-efficiency, variable-speed DC generators, making docking and mooring easy in the electric mode. The Bering 145 also boasts an enormous fuel capacity of 95,600 litres (25,265 gallons). Equipped with twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines, she has a range of more than 4,000 nautical miles in diesel mode at a minimum cruising speed of 12 knots. The B145 superyacht has a top speed of 15 knots.
